In a Facebook post by Ma. Criszelda “Crizette” Baclay, she shared her visit to her mother Norma Baclay’s grave to offer her diploma as proof of her academic achievement.
Crizette’s message was emotional as she recalled her mother’s disappointment when she wrote to her about her struggles with an unplanned pregnancy and being unable to support her children.

Her father was also against her study, but she persevered despite the difficulties and ridicule from others. She remembered her mother’s dream for her to finish her studies, and she has finally fulfilled it with the help of God and the people who supported her.
