Here’s what happened after celebrity couple Priscilla Meirelles and John Estrada’s Cebu trip following the confirmation that their marriage was going through a problem.
Priscilla’s intriguing posts started this issue. She hinted at a woman who was allegedly trying to get the attention of her husband. Eventually, Cebuana social media influencer Chiyo dela Vega was linked to the actor.
After that, the former beauty queen shared that she and John are fixing what needs to be fixed in their relationship. The couple had a vacation in Cebu.
Inquirer entertainment columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal, who is close to John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles, shared in her recent article the update after the couple’s trip to the Queen City of the South.
Carvajal shared the message from the wife of the actor when asked about how they are now. The former beauty queen said that her husband has made his intentions clear to her personally.
Then, she likened their relationship to a house with a light bulb that burnt out. Priscilla stressed that in this situation, the house owner would buy a new light bulb and not a new house. She also thanked the columnist for reaching out to them and for her prayers.
“John has made his intentions very clear, not only to me, but in his social media as well. We are trying to work out some things as a couple and a family. All I can say is a relationship is like a house. When a light bulb burns out, you don’t go and buy a new house … you fix the light bulb. Thank you for your prayers and for always checking on us, amiga.” Priscilla said.
John Estrada and Priscilla Meirelles tied the knot in 2011. They have a daughter named Sammanta Anechka.
