AI-AI DELAS ALAS – Kapuso actress-comedian Ai-Ai delas Alas said her husband Gerald Sibayan is the ‘greatest blessing’ in her life.

Ai-Ai delas Alas and Gerald Sibayan have been in a relationship since 2014. They tied the knot in 2017.

The couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in December last year by renewing their vows to each other in Las Vegas. Gerald’s birthday is on November 30, and the renewal of vows between him and Ai-Ai in a chapel is the way he chose to make his birthday celebration meaningful.

Just recently, Ai-Ai delas Alas took to her social media account to express her love for her husband in a speech to commemorate their ninth year of marriage, crediting him with helping her come to believe in “forever.”

On Wednesday, April 12, Ai-Ai delas Alas greeted Gerald Sibayan by compiling images of the two dating back to 2014. She then shared the compilation via her Instagram page.

“Happy 9th year anniversary as a couple, my darling ko. May our marriage be blessed with love, joy and companionship for all the years that we will be sharing,” she said in the caption.

“I always thought that a perfect husband is a myth, kathang-isip lang, sabi-sabi, kwento-kwento kasi dati ang lalaki sa’kin toxic. Aba, nagba-bago pala ang pananaw,” the Kapuso star continued.

Ai-Ai noted how her husband disproved such idea when she remarked, “Totoo pala na may lalaking maayos, may asawang mabait—meron palang forever.”

The 58-year-old celebrity then thanked Gerald for being her “husband, partner, boyfriend, friend, and provider,” making a joke about how they had disproven their detractors.

“I love you so much, my darling ko. Yes, looking forward sa 10 years natin next,” she added. “Seriously, thank you Lord sa greatest blessing ng buhay ko.”
