Customer Makes Rude Demand to Delivery Rider After Ordering 3-Layer Cake

Delivery riders have become an essential part of modern society, providing a convenient and efficient way for people to get their meals, groceries, and other items delivered right to their doorsteps.

However, as with any customer service job, delivery riders often face the brunt of rude and disrespectful behavior from customers.

A Facebook user named Mary Sandiego shared a photo of a rude customer making an unpleasant demand on a delivery rider. The post quickly went viral on the internet and garnered disapproval from netizens.

In the photo, the customer has requested a cake with three layers to be delivered at Carissa Homes, Phase 5 in Tanza, Cavite. However, the client leaves a note with an offensive comment for the rider.

The customer instructed the delivery person to handle the item with extreme caution in order to avoid damage. The latter even threatened the rider with ‘auto-report’ if the item was damaged.

“CAKE ANG IDEDELIVER AUTO REPORT KAPAG MASIRA MO MAN ITO KAYA SA MGA MOTOR TI 3LAYERS BASTA MAINGAT KA WALA NAMAN SIYANG DESIGN KASE DUN MISMO SA DROPOFF ITUTULOY ANG DETALS. KUNGI NAHINA LOOB MO WAG MO NA BALAKI PROMISE AUTOREPORT KA TALAGA,” the customer wrote.
