VANESSA HUDGENS – Filipina-American actress Vanessa Hudgens will be digging deeper into her Filipino heritage and she finally arrived in PH.
In a previous article, Vanessa Hudgens will be doing a travel documentary where she will be digging more into her Filipino roots. This will be directed by Paul Soriano and produced by the Philippine boutique company TEN17P.
“We are honored to work with Vanessa for this film project,” said Soriano.
He founded the production company TEN17P which is the film’s director, producer, and executive producer.
And just recently, Hudgens finally arrived in the Philippines for her film, which has no working title yet.
PUBLICITYASIA shared some snaps of her arrival wearing a comfortable style that suits the hot weather of the country.
The shooting will begin this month and they will be visiting Palawan and Manila. She will be accompanied by her sister Stella and their Filipino mother Gina. Accordingly, this film will focus on the relationship between Vanessa, her sister Stella, and their Filipino mother.
The film will also showcase her personal trajectory as an American-born, half-Filipino woman who eventually became a very famous star known to the world.
Before she arrived in the Philippines, she has this message for her fans:
“Hello to the Vanessa Hudgens Philippines fan club. I love you guys and I am so excited to come and to meet you all face to face!”
Hudgens often speaks with pride about the story of her mother who left the Philippines at the age of 25 for the United States. She feels like their story would be relatable to many women.
The director hopes that this film will open more doors for many more collaborations in the future.
