In an interview, Kris Bernal clarified that she and Aljur Abrenica did not become a couple.
KRIS BERNAL – Kapuso actress Kris Bernal clarified that Aljur Abrenica and her were never a couple in an interview.
Famous celebrities Kris Bernal and Aljur Abrenica worked together on multiple projects of GMA-7. To recall, in 2009, they were rumored to be dating.
It was never confirmed if they were ever in a relationship but not until today, March 21.
In an interview with Boy Abunda in his show, Bernal finally sets the record straight.
“Naging kayo ba ni Aljur Abrenica?”
This was the direct question of the King Of Talk to her in his show Fast Talk With Boy Abunda. To which she also directly answered “Hindi talaga”.
“Love team lang talaga kami,” she added.
She admitted that Aljur made moves on her but it didn’t work out between them. They did not become a couple officially. But during this time, she has no interest in him and she felt like he also felt this.
Also, there were times when they don’t agree on particular matters but since they were a love team, they have to act sweet.
Meanwhile, in 2020, Aljur admitted in a vlog that he fell in love with Kris. However, the actress realized her feelings for him back then too late. Clearly, what happened was a case of wrong timing for both of them.
In the same interview, Kris shared that she and Aljur have not talked yet. She was reaching out to him to appear in her vlogs but he is not replying to her messages. And because of this, she can’t entirely consider what they have as a friendship.
