Teacher Wife & School Principal Arrested After Caught by Husband at Lodging House

A husband catches his teacher wife and a male school principal having an intimate moment inside a lodging house in Koronadal City.

A female teacher and her other man, the school principal, are now facing a case of adultery after being caught in the act inside a lodging house in the city of Koronadal.

According to the spot report released by the Koronadal City Police Station, the teacher, identified as alias Monina, 38 years old and a resident of Koronadal city, was caught with her alleged partner, alias Motoy, a 54-year-old resident of Tantangan, South Cotabato.

The report stated that on March 18, 2023, the teacher’s husband saw his wife with another man and entered the lodging house together. He immediately went to the police station to report his wife so they could catch them in the act.

When the patrol team arrived at the scene, they checked the record book of the lodging house and found that alias Motoy and Monina had checked in. The police then entered the room where they were staying with the teacher’s husband and witnessed them engage in indecent behavior.

It was also discovered that it was the teacher’s birthday when she and the principal checked into the lodging house. The suspects were immediately brought to the police station in Koronadal City.

Adultery is a crime in the Philippines. Having a relationship with someone who is married is punishable by law. As long as a court has not annulled a marriage, a married woman or man cannot be free to be with someone else.

The defense of being abandoned by one’s spouse cannot be used to avoid the crime of adultery. It can only be used to mitigate the sentence of imprisonment.
