Beauty Gonzalez Admits She Was Once In An Abusive Relationship
BEAUTY GONZALEZ – Actress Beauty Gonzalez confessed to having been in an abusive relationship in the past.
Kapuso actress Beauty Gonzalez became emotional when talking about the character she plays in the episode of Magpakailanman this Saturday, March 11, 2023, “Takas Sa Impyerno.” This is not the first time that she has played a wife who is “physically abused.”
“May nagampanan na akong role na nabubugbog ako, battered wife, marami na… you know, all of my roles, ipinapakita ko talaga na you have to know your worth, you have to fight for your right. And walang kahit sino man na magsaksak sa ‘yo or sirain ang future mo, Lumaban talaga tayo, ‘no,” she said with a laugh despite being emotional.
Because Beauty became emotional while talking about the character she played in Magpakailanman, PEP then asked her if she had ever experienced being violated as a woman.
“Yes, it happened to me,” he admitted. “It happened to me in the past, but I compromised a little bit but not everything about me.”
“Not my values, kung ano ang ibinigay sa akin ng family ko, structure sa akin na pagkatao ko, hindi naman umabot sa gano’n.
“But yes, I did compromise a little bit, kasi minsan, tanga tayo sa pag-ibig. Pero, nananaig yung values na ibinigay sa akin ng mga magulang ko.
“Pero dasal talaga, when you pray, the Lord will guide you in the right place.
“Minsan too much na talaga, enough is enough, darating ka rin sa point na gano’n, but, yeah, thankful ako na yung values ko, medyo malakas… “And that is what I want to pass with my daughter,” said Beauty.

And since Beauty Gonzalez’s daughter is also a girl, she was asked how she has imparted to her daughter the appreciation of being a woman. “Ano, dati kasi, lumalaki ako na puro sermon,” she said.
“Ngayon, iba ang style ko. I lead by example. I show to her rather than lagi ko siyang sinesermonan.
“Kasi dati, yun iyong karanasan ko. Now, I realize na it’s not what they say, what my parents say to me before, it’s what they see…”
“So, I myself, I show it to my daughter na this is my values. I make sure na nakikita niya more than sa naririnig niya sa sinasabi ko. And I’m praying that it will work.”
The prominent actress also said she learned something from the character she played in MPK. As a woman, you need to love and really value yourself.
