Liza Soberano Threatened By Kathryn-Enrique Partnership? Netizens React

This is what Liza Soberano felt when ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ was offered to Enrique Gil and Kathryn Bernardo.

LIZA SOBERANO – Many were shocked by the revelations of Liza Soberano and netizens have these reactions to them.

In a previous article, Liza Soberano revealed that the 2019 hit film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” was first offered to her and Enrique Gil. She wanted to do this and asked the people behind to wait for them as they were still doing “Bagani”.

However, it did not happen. The project was then offered to Kathryn Bernardo and Quen but this partnership was not pushed through. The project, however, was pushed through and the lead roles were given to Kath and Alden Richards.

“Hello, Love, Goodbye” is currently the highest-grossing Philippine film of all time.

In her interview with Bea Alonzo, she quipped about Kath and Quen’s partnership, “At first they offered it to Kathryn and Quen. And that scared the sh*t out of me. I was like, why would they do that? I asked them to save the project for me and Quen, parang please wait for us.”

Was she threatened by this? She was scared to lose LizQuen at that time and this confused a lot of people. Because, in her latest vlog, she expressed that she doesn’t want to be boxed in a love team then there was her statement recently about being scared when told about Quen being partnered with another artist.

She added, “For me, I didn’t want to do that to the fans, but also Quen was my comfort zone.”

But she explained that after these instances, she realized how limited she can do because of a love team. She said, “I realized, oh my God ang dami kong hindi nagawa sa career ko. And that’s why everybody takes for granted my talent or acting capabilities because they have only seen me in a love team.”

On Twitter, many people reacted to this and many of Kath’s fans rallied. They believe that the role of Joy Fabregas won’t be as iconic if it wasn’t played by Kathryn.
