Born on March 30, 1992 in Cebu City, Enrique Gil’s real name is Enrique Mari Bacay Gil. He is the son of Enrique Amadeo Gil III who has Spanish descent and Barbara Anne Bacay who has Spanish and German ancestry. He is second of three (3) siblings – his older brother is Enrique Javier and younger sister is Diandra Frances.
Enrique attended his grade school at the Montessori De Manila and secondary school at Manresa School in Parañaque. He enrolled for a degree in Information Technology at San Beda College in Alabang but he had to put it on hold for his showbiz career. Enrique Gil’s age now is 29 years old.
Enrique Gil’s Showbiz Career
It was in 2008 when Enrique started his career in showbiz. He was 16 years old then and he got bored so he enrolled to commercial modeling and musical theater workshops by Trumpets. His first TV role was in the TV series Pieta. His loveteam with Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano is one of the most prominent tandems in the industry. They top-billed several films and TV series including My Ex and Whys and Alone Together.
