Did Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache Break Up?
EDU MANZANO – The veteran actor broke his silence on the rumors that he and actress Cherry Pie Picache have broken up.
Among the celebrity couple that hooked a lot of fans and supporters are Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache. The two (2) celebrities are tagged by their fans and supporters as “PieDu”. They were longtime friends before they became a real-life couple.
In previous interviews, both Edu and Cherry Pie admitted that they first dated some 20 years ago. They dated for almost a year and remained good friends after it. According to the veteran actor, after almost a year of dating, they still see each other in gatherings on good terms and knew that they always liked each other.
Cherry Pie was also vocal that there was really something everytime she and Edu would see each other. However, she would usually dismiss it citing that the veteran actor is really a “charmer” as what she told his son, Luis Manzano, in a vlog interview.
A lot of people were really very happy when Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache confirmed their relationship. They enjoyed several trips together with family and friends and both of them visibly have a good relationship with each other’s children.
However, recently, the absence of citings of Edu and Cherry Pie made a lot of the PieDu fans worried. There were rumors and speculations that the two (2) celebrities might have broken up.
Recently, at the premiere night of the film Oras de Peligro, Edu Manzano broke his silence on the rumors that he and Cherry Pie Picache have broken up. Based on an article on Pep, the veteran actor dismissed the rumors saying that they seldom see each other due to work.
Edu shared that he was in taping since September and they are not yet done. He stressed that they tape almost every day and he cannot go out from the set. The actor also added that Cherry Pie is now busy with Batang Quiapo the more that they won’t be able to see each other.
Meanwhile, based on the article, Edu Manzano assured that all is well between him and Cherry Pie Picache. He was full support to the veteran actress for the premiere night as she was part of the cast of the movie. The actress was all smiles as she was with her boyfriend and son at the event.
