Pauline Amelinckx continues her pageant journey
Boholana beauty Pauline Amelinckx made clarifications about her decision to join Miss Universe Philippines 2023.
Pauline is among the pageant repeaters this year in the national beauty pageant. In 2022, she joined MUPH and was hailed as the Miss Universe Philippines-Charity. Last year, Celeste Cortesi won.
The Boholana beauty is not yet ready to bid goodbye to the pageant scene as she tried once again this year. She is among the 40 official candidates for MUPH 2023. In her Instagram post, she shared that there have been people asking her if this is a last-minute decision.
Pauline stressed that she has been pondering about this for many months. “I talked to those I trust and those dear to me. and all the while still receiving sweet and supportive messages of so many people. I trust my gut feeling. and I feel like i could still step up, bring people together for meaningful causes and be tranformed myself. i also knew and felt I would regret it if i didnt take this leap of faith for my final round with MUPH,” she shared.
With the passion that she still possesses when it comes to her goal to be crowned as Miss Universe Philippines and the overwhelming support that the people around her showed for her, Pauline Amelinckx said that there is no reason not to go forward. “This is my NOW. My PUHON transforming into KARUN,” the Boholana beauty said.
Pauline also shared her official photos as one of the MUPH 2023 candidates. “Thank You, for this opportunity to grow and do more meaningful things with meaningful people, to transform and be transformed myself,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
This will be Pauline Amelinckz’s third time joining the pageant. Another pageant repeater is Kapuso star Michelle Dee who won Miss Universe Philippines Tourism.
