Lady Netizen Flexes Customer’s Review For Product They Bought Online
A lady netizen has shared the screenshot of a user’s review for a product they bought from an online shopping platform.
Online shopping has become an increasingly popular way to purchase goods, thanks to the convenience it provides. However, with the rise of online shopping, there has also been an increase in the number of errors that occur during the ordering and delivery process.
Receiving the wrong parcel can be a frustrating experience for any customer, particularly if they have been waiting eagerly for their order to arrive.
The disappointment and inconvenience of receiving the wrong item can be compounded by the fact that the customer will now have to go through the process of returning the incorrect item and waiting for the correct one to be delivered.
Recently, a Facebook user named Chai Masaya shared a screenshot of a user’s review for a product they bought online. The post has circulated online and earned various reactions from social media users.
In the photo, a buyer expresses disappointment after receiving the wrong item from an online app. They ordered a pair of white shoes in size 39 but received a blue pair in size 38.
“Ang order KO white Hindi blue pati size hindi Rin 38… size 39 ang order KO… puro Mali grrrrr kagigil…” the buyer commented.
According to Masaya, she visited the store to check the price of the shoes she found on TikTok. However, Chai was surprised to find an unusual rating and review from a store’s customer.
“Chini-check ko lang po yung price ng sapatos na nakita ko sa TikTok sa app, tapos napunta po ako sa ibang shoes and sa rating tapos nakita ko po yang rating sa fake na shoes,” she added.
The photo has a caption:
“yan ang rate na gusto ko”
