In the photo, the male passenger lifts up a piece of paper asking his fellow commuters to give him some amount for ‘handa’ during his birthday. The unidentified guy is accepting cash or Gcash gifts.
The note has words written “hingi lang po ako konting tulong pandagdag pang handa sa b-day ko. In cash or g-cash, pwede.”
