Paolo Contis Earns Negative Criticisms After Fast Talk Interview
PAOLO CONTIS – The Kapuso comedian was asked about his reaction over the bashing he received following his revelations.
In 2021, one of the most controversial showbiz celebrities was Kapuso actor Paolo Contis. It was the year when his breakup with his former live-in partner, actress LJ Reyes, was surrounded by rumors and speculations.
Paolo and LJ were together for several years and their relationship was even blessed with a daughter they named Summer. The Kapuso comedian is also close to the actress’ eldest son, Aki. They were a picture of a happy family and a lot of people admired them.
However, in 2021, many people were shocked when it was confirmed that Paolo Contis and LJ Reyes are separated. The actress flew with her kids abroad. Issues involving the actor and his ex-wife, Lian Paz, crossed the surface. He was linked to Yen Santos who was accused as the third party in his breakup with LJ.
Recently, Paolo Contis appeared on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda. the Kapuso actor admitted that he is not giving “sustento” to any of his daughters and he also currently has no relationship with them. According to him, he is saving for Xonia, Xalene, and Summer and he hopes to give it straight to them someday.
Paolo also admitted that Yen Santos is now his girlfriend while debunking the rumors that the actress was the cause of his separation with LJ. According to him, he and LJ were not okay for quite a while already before they broke up. He stressed that in all his relationships, he did all that he could to save it.
Following his revelations, Paolo Contis earned negative criticisms and bashing from many people. Pep’s Gorgy Rula reached out to the Kapuso actor about his reaction and, in a text message, he expressed being unbothered by the bashing and focusing to his mom who was recently rushed to the hospital.
“Wala akong pakialam sa kanila. Busy ako kay Mama ngayon,” he said.
