Aiko Melendez Disappointed by Service of Philippine Airlines over Luggage Issue
AIKO MELENDEZ – The actress and Quezon City Councilor called out the Philippine Airlines for her damaged luxurious luggage.
Most people from time to time. Some fly to other places or other countries abroad. Othere individuals go in other countries for vacation and to visit and spend time with their families and friends residing abroad.
Most people who travel abroad bring luggage for their clothing, their pasalubong to their loved ones, and other things they bring when traveling. Many people prefer a travel luggage with wheels it would be easier for them to bring it around the airport.
Luggage most especially the heavy ones are usually checked-in. The owner should wait for it in the carousel upon arriving at the airport of the flight destination. However, recently, actress Aiko Melendez had a disappointing experience with Philippine Airlines.
On her Facebook account, actress Aiko Melendez who is now a councilor in Quezon City called out the Philippine Airlines because of her damaged luggage. She posted photos of her luggage where it could be seen that the bottom part of her travel bag is damaged.
In her post, Aiko asked the airline about what happened to her luggage. She stressed that it was not a full flight and it should be treated with care. The actress also indicated that her travel luggage is from Rimowa which is a brand known for heavy-duty luggage which requires force to be damaged that way.
Based on the comment section of the Facebook post, Aiko Melendez was in Taiwan when the incident happened. They looked for a counter to report the incident but there was no counter where they can file a complaint and the one they were trying to talk to at the airport does not know how to speak English.
