The famous Melo’s Steakhouse has several branches. There’s one in Quezon City, one in Bonifacio Global City, and also one in Westgate Center, Alabang. This steakhouse has been serving “The Best Steaks in Town” since 1988. Its founders are Carmelo Santiago and this is the very first place in the country to offer Certified Angus Beef.

In 2007, they offered another premium meat in their menu and that is Japan’s Wagyu Beef. This kind of meat boasts premium marbling, tender meat, and a unique taste.

At present times, they offer premium Australian Wagyu Ribeye (Grade 7-8) and Australian Wagyu Striploin (Grade 7-8). A serving of ribeye comes with Melo’s classic gravy and cognac cream sauce.

Based on their menu, they serve various kinds of salpicao depending on what kind of meat was used. They have US Angus Striploin, US Angus Ribeye, US Angus Tenderloin, Certified Angus Prime Tenderloin, and Certified Angus Prime Ribeye.

They also have different kinds of pasta.

Their ribeye grades 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12 cost Php 298.00, Php 398.00, Php 498.00, and Php 698.00 per ounce.

They have surf and turf specials like ribeye with grilled large prawns or with grilled Maine lobster tail, and tenderloin salpicao with prawns Ajillo with garlic rice. You can also have bone-in dry-aged Cowboy ribeye bone, T-bone, Porterhouse, and Tomahawk.
