Zanjoe Marudo Finally Confirms Relationship W/ Ria Atayde
ZANJOE MARUDO – Actor Zanjoe Marudo has confirmed the rumors romantically linking her to actress Ria Atayde.
Kapamilya stars Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde have previously worked together in the Kapamilya primetime TV series My Dear Heart. The actress is the daughter of veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez and the younger sister of actor-turned-politician Arjo Atayde.
Ria was frequently spotted with the hunk actor. The two celebs are sweet to each other in the photos.
In previous posts, Zanjoe Marudo has also joined Ria Atayde and her family in their snaps. Recently, Sylvia Sanchez spoke about Zanjoe.
The veteran actress said that she’s in favor of the actor for her daughter. She also said that Zanjoe is “respectful” and kind.
“Respectful si Zanjoe, mabait. I love Zanjoe,” she said.

Finally, Zanjoe Marudo admitted that he is now dating Ria Atayde. When anchor Karen Davila asked Zanjoe on ANC’s “Headstart” on Tuesday morning about whether it was true that he was currently dating someone, Zanjoe made the admission.
The 40-year-old actor responded without hesitation, “Yes, parang it’s out in the open now, so yes.”
When Karen Davila asked if he was planning to get married soon, Zanjoe only responded with laughter.
“Ang aga, 9 o’clock pa lang,” Zanjoe said, laughing.
However, the actor made it clear that he does not yet envision himself settling down in the near future. He said, “Sobra lang akong nag-e-enjoy ngayon sa sitwasyon ng buhay ko, sa career ko, sa personal life pero yung mga [kasal na usapan], masyado pang maaga.”
