‘Fast Talk’ show of Boy Abunda is set to premiere on January 23
King of Talk Boy Abunda will have this Kapuso actress as his first guest on his new Kapuso show, Fast Talk.
Tito Boy returns to GMA after years since he transferred to the Kapamilya network. Last year, he officially singed a contract with the Kapuso network and for his new show, he brought his trademark “fast talk.”
The veteran TV host popularized “fast talk” in his show on ABS-CBN before. In this portion, of his interview, guests need to answer a series of questions in a short period of time. This prompts them to say the first answer that comes to their minds.
Fast Talk on GMA will have its pilot episode on January 23 for the network’s 4:05-4:25 pm time slot. Based on the article in Manila Bulletin, this will be aired on GMA and its streaming platforms, including Facebook and Youtube.
On Monday, Boy Abunda’s first guest will be Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera. “I would like to thank Marian for her trust in me. She is on temporary hiatus but she was so nice to give in to my request,” the King of Talk said.
For the Tuesday episode, the veteran TV host will interview actress-singer Glaiza de Castro. Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards will sit down with Tito Boy on January 25 and this will be followed by former Kapamilya star Bea Alonzo on January 26.
On Friday’s episode, Bubble Gang actor Paolo Contis is Tito Boy’s guest. With this guest list for the first week of his show, the King of Talk said that he is very hands-on.
“You know me. I call people, I plead to them, if necessary. I am not going to depend on my staff or my bosses. I want this show to work and I want the biggest names and the biggest stories to be there on my first week,” Boy Abunda shared.
The TV host added that he is very energetic when it comes to his show and he really wants to get involved because GMA CEO Atty. Felipe Gozon is trusting him.
