Mccoy De Leon At Fault? Actor's Father Is Speechless & "Hiyang-hiya"

Following the revelations, the father of McCoy De Leon breaks his silence but couldn’t say a word about his son’s issues.

MCCOY DE LEON – Mark De Leon, father of controversial actor McCoy De Leon is speechless over his son’s controversies.

In a previous article, Mark de Leon, the father of Kapamilya actor McCoy de Leon, expressed his apology in a text message he sent to talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz. He apologized not because of what his son did but apologized for not saying anything about the issues that involved his son and his former partner actress Elisse Joson.

The split between McCoy and Elisse is highly-publicized and it remains a topic of discussion in many posts on several social media platforms. Some have speculated that McCoy has cheated on her but in a series of statements, the actor insisted that no other people are directly involved in the reasons why they have decided to separate.

“Hindi ko po intensyon na manakit ng tao o manloko. Sadyang dumating lang po sa point na sobrang bigat lang ng problems kaya po ako sumuko,” he wrote. This he said after airing his “sorry” for his followers.

Up until now, Elisse and McCoy did not reveal the real reason why they split.

Speaking to Ogie, McCoy’s father, added that he couldn’t speak about the issue and about his son. He also felt “hiyang-hiya” but did not disclose the reason that he is embarrassed about.

Ogie added his thoughts: “So, feeling niya may kasalanan si McCoy?”

McCoy’s parents are Shiela de Jesus-de Leon and Mark De Leon. The actor is their eldest and he was born Marc Carlos Francis de Jesus de Leon on February 20, 1995. He started as a commercial model until he officially became an actor.

In 2018, he was declared Best New Movie Actor of the Year by the 34th PMPC (Philippine Movie Press Club) Star Awards for Movies.
