Itchan is working as a machinist for five years at an unnamed company. The worker revealed that their job’s standing is not good during the holiday season. The company also implements “no work, no pay” policy.

The latter reiterated that he earned a very small amount during that week. He also ran out of vacation leave.

“Bali no work, no pay po kami. Mahina po kasi yung work namin ngayon.

Previously, the male worker is only earning P480 per day as the company observes provincial rate. His earnings just increase after the company imposed an increase of P20.

“Provincial rate kami.
