Actress Maxene Magalona talked about the sadness that she is feeling during the holidays when most people are celebrating.

In her recent Instagram post, the actress shared that she had her monthly therapy session with her psychiatrist. Maxene talked about how the holidays have been for her so far.
“It was quite an eventful Christmas for me and to be honest, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Even though I am very grateful for everything going on in my life, both the good and the bad,” Maxene Magalona admitted.
She added that she has been feeling the holiday blues. However, she is fine with this because she understands this is really what it is. “It sucks to be sad during the holidays but it’s always better to cry than to fake a smile,” the actress stressed.
Maxene also shared what her therapist would always say to her. “The good thing is my therapist kept telling me that she’s proud of how I’ve been handling everything that’s happening in my life,” she shared.
The actress also shared what her therapist told her before ending their session. “You are exactly where you need to be,” she said as her soul wanted to share this with everyone.
Kapuso actress Carla Abellana commented on this post that Maxene Magalona shared. “I’m so proud of you [clapping hands emoji],” Carla wrote. Several netizens also share their comments that they can relate to what Maxene is going through. A netizen even asked who her therapist is because she needs that kind of session also. There were also a lot of netizens who showed support for Maxene amid the sadness that she feels this holiday season.
