Motorcycle Rider Shot Dead Batangas Due to Noisy Motorcycle Muffler

TANAUAN CITY, BATANGAS – A man in Batangas has passed away after suffering gunshot wounds due to a noisy motorcycle muffler.

We can all agree that loud noises are annoying. Already stressful are the crowded city streets’ unruly drivers, jaywalkers, potholes, and other issues. Just trying to sort through the confusion for a few hours is exhausting.

Over the past few years, the police authorities have been implementing stricter rules and regulations regarding the usage of open mufflers. Open pipes usually produce loud noises, which cause disturbance in public places.
