Previously, the 30-year-old celebrity admitted that after his StarStruck stint didn’t work out, he contemplated giving up his desire to work in the showbusiness.
Aside from being a prominent actor, Alden Richards is also one of the famous streamers in the country. He recently built his own esports team called Myriad Esports.

Alden Richards has finally made the decision to make a bet on the “Mobile Legends: Bang Bang” competitive scene after taking part in some big esports events.
The Pinoy superstar had the chance to introduce his own esports squad during the Dark League Studios King’s League tournament’s grand finals on Tuesday, December 27.
Alden proudly said, “I’m here to introduce my very own Esports team, Myriad Esports…”
According to the former Start-UP PH actor, the first big initiative of his team for 2023 is an esports tournament.
Alden excitedly announced, “Nakita n’yo po mayroon tayong Myriad Esports Cup. It’s going to be happening this coming January 28, 2023. So, I’m encouraging and I’m asking for the support sa lahat ng mga ML [Mobile Legends] players diyan na amateur na gusto pong ma-experience iyong tournament namin.”
“Registration is still open. It will run until January 2, 2023. I look forward to seeing you all there… Myriad Esports, it’s just getting started, wala pa kaming one year. You can watch all our broadcasts on the Myriads Esports Facebook page,” he added.
Alden first disclosed the formation of the aforementioned esports team last November.
