SUNSHINE CRUZ – Dramatic actress Sunshine Cruz shares her thoughts about her new film “An Affair to Forget” on Vivamax.
“An Affair to Forget” is a new film from Vivamax which will be aired on December 23. The film stars Sunshine Cruz playing the role of Rowena who is torn between balancing her time as a career woman and as the woman in their home.
The fill is directed by Louie Ignacio also which also stars Angelica Cervantes, Karl Aquino, and Allen Dizon. In the trailer that was released, Rowena’s desperation to save her marriage life only leads to the worst scenarios.
And now, speaking about doing provoking roles again for a film, Sunshine said that it was the story of the film that hooked her. It was “nakakatuwa” and “nakaka-excite” that she did not think twice about accepting the role. She even accepted doing intimate scenes with Dizon, her husband in the film.
“Kung meron man, sobra ang tiwala ko kay direk Louie sa movie na ito. Napakaganda ng movie,” she expressed. She also trusts their director and has confidence on the film as it follows a good story.
For her, any character she does for a good project is a privilege. She is an actress and as long as she can do the role offered to her, she will do it.
“I don’t think magkaka problema ako dito and I’m sure ‘yung mga anak ko, they will even find this cool. Sa poster pa lang, when they saw it, gandang ganda at tuwang tuwa na sila. The more I think na magugustuhan nila ang movie,” she added.
But despite not having inhibitions, she still set restrictions and limits on what she does as she considers her children who are all female.
