How true is it that Sarah Geronimo was just forced to have her ASAP comeback?
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin and her Showbiz Now Na co-hosts mentioned that Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo came back to ASAP Natin ‘To but she did not do this for herself.
Just recently, Sarah had her ASAP comeback after taking a break for quite some time. Her fans have been waiting for her live performances. Sarah is known to be a “triple threat” performer.
She sings, dances, and she acts. Her reputation in the entertainment industry is also admirable. Sarah may have a few bashers but she was not involved in controversies so far that would be a threat to her career.
The only issue that would involve her name is about her mother Mommy Divine Geronimo who was recently accused of violating labor laws by her former employee. However, her camp denied the allegations.
Sarah Geronimo and Mommy Divine were part of the discussion that Cristy Fermin had with her co-hosts Romel Chika and Wendell Alvarez. They mentioned that the Popstar Royalty was just “napipilitan” to return to the Kapamilya musical variety show.
Allegedly, it is because of her family. It was said that Sarah’s talent fee from ABS-CBN goes to her family. “Natural walang napupunta sa kanila dahil hindi nga nagtatrabaho si Sarah sa Dos hindi ba?” Cristy said.
Then, Romel asked, “So kaya ba bumalik siya?” Cristy replied to this as she said, “Na naman… ‘yan ang kuwentong talagang pinagpipistahan ngayon.” The veteran showbiz writer also said that she is wondering why until now, Sarah’s parents are still mad at her.
To recall, reports surfaced that Mommy Divine tried to hinder Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli’s wedding ceremony. Previously, the post that the singer-actress shared on Instagram saying sorry to her parents went viral but she has deleted that post already.
