Pop superstar Sarah Geronimo was overjoyed over her return to ASAP.
SARAH GERONIMO – Kapamilya Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo is happy to be performing again on the ASAP stage.
For the first time in two years, Pop superstar Sarah Geronimo has finally returned to “ASAP Natin ‘To”. Her comeback happened on Sunday, December 11, and many were elated to see her performing again.
She made a grand comeback performing one of her recent singles titled “Dati-Dati”. This song is about reminiscing the good things that have taken place in the past with the hope to be able to relive those again in the present.
And in her comeback, she did not only show her vocal prowess but also her dancing skills.
“Ibang klaseng experience talaga. Iba po talaga dito sa ASAP stage. Iba talaga, walang halong echos. Masarap talaga [mag-perform dito],” she quipped after her number.
She talked about her song which reflects her personal view on life. Accordingly, the sadness is hidden behind the upbeat of the song and despite the sadness, she still wanted to dance.
The Pop superstar also thanked her ASAP family for allowing her to promote her new single and for accepting her again. She is also thankful to her ‘Popsters” who still continue to support her.
And as for her Christmas wish, she expressed, “Alam na ni Lord yun. Yung makasama ko yung mga mahal ko sa buhay, habang ako’y nabubuhay.”

To recall, it has been over two years since we missed Sarah in ASAP. After her secret wedding, she lied low but not entirely stepping out of the limelight. She lived privately with her husband actor Matteo Guidicelli and focused on her marriage.
The last time she performed on the “ASAP Natin ‘To” stage was on November 1, 2020 episode which was then followed by some taped and remote performances
