During a recent interview, Vice President Sara Duterte did this to the microphone of ABS-CBN News.

Just recently, a TikTok video of the Vice President showed that she did something to the microphone of the Kapamilya network’s news department.

While VP Sara Duterte was speaking about her role as the Secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd), it can be seen that the microphone with the banner of ABS-CBN News was slowly going up and was slightly covering her face.

With this, the Vice President lowered the microphone by her right hand while she continues speaking. VP Sara smiled a bit while doing that. The video that was shared on Twitter has reached over 14 thousand views as of this writing.

This video garnered mixed reactions from netizens. There were those who said that it is normal for media entities to have “sapawan” when it comes to getting the news while there were those who slammed ABS-CBN News for doing that.

Meanwhile, previously, the online community also talked about the viral video of VP Sara Duterte in which she excused herself while speaking at an event. It was because the ray of the sun was directed at her face. She laughingly said that she did not put on sunblock and so she paused.

That viral video also garnered mixed reactions from netizens. Some laughed at it while some criticized her sensitivity to sunlight.
