ANGEL LOCSIN AND NEIL ARCE – Rumors online are circulating about Angel Locsin and Neil Arce and a blind item catches attention.

The initials match “Angel”, “Neil”, and “Maxene”.

In the blind item, Female Celebrity (FC) was described as someone who “has been known to rest from her career and focus on her non-showbiz endeavors and family”. FC has a husband, an Entrepreneur Husband (EH), and their marriage is “not a 100% well”.

The blind item added:
