8 BILLIONTH BABY OF THE WORLD – The global population hit 8 billion with the birth of the “symbolic baby” in a hospital in Tondo, Manila, Philippines.

Every month, a lot of babies are born in different countries across the globe. The global population has steadily increase for years now. Recently, the count has reached eight (8) billion.

The symbolic baby who is the 8 billionth baby of the world was born in a hospital in Tondo, Manila in the Philippines. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, a 26-year-old mother gave birth to a healthy baby which is a “symbolic baby” of the Philippines.

The mother was identified as Maria Margarita who lives in Tondo, Manila. She gave birth to her health baby at 01:29 in the morning at Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital.

According to the mother of the baby, she was in labor for six (6) days already so they went to the hospital to make sure that she and the baby are safe. She is happy over her child being the 8 billionth baby of the world. According to her, she has no other prayer but for the baby to be healthy.

The new-born baby of Margarita is her fourth child. She named the baby Vinice. Based on the report, the population in the Philippines now is at 110.5 million in the mid of the year as per the Population Commission.

According to Dr. Romeo Bituin, the chief of Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital’s medical staff, it is important to know the global population for the planning of the nations on the ways to keep the babies healthy starting from their development in the womb.
