ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID 2022 Official Out!

ABS-CBN – The Kapamilya network released its Christmas Station ID, a tradition every holiday season, for this year 2022.

Every holiday season in the Philippines, among the things that the Filipinos await are the Christmas station IDs of the different broadcasting networks. These Christmas videos usually includes most, if not all, of their stars singing the Christmas song crafted for the year.

These Christmas songs bring messages of hope, love, and faith. Some of the videos in the past also included clips showing the “bayanihan” of the Filipino people amid the adversities that the country has faced.

The ABS-CBN is one of the broadcasting networks that release a Christmas station ID every year – despite that it currently has no franchise to operate on free TV. The network was shut down a few years ago due to franchise issues.

Despite the shutting down, the Kapamilya network continued operating and turned to other platforms such as the social media and the video-sharing platform YouTube. Most of its stars also remained with the network despite being given the freedom to transfer to other home networks.

Recently, ABS-CBN posted the much-awaited Christmas Station ID 2022. The song for this year is entitled “Tayo Ang Ligaya ng Isa’t Isa” or “We Are Each Other’s Joy”. Based on the post of the network, this year’s Christmas video is “inspired by a Gospel music” and it wants to stress the light and joy that lit up everyone amid the dark – God, family, loved ones, and friends. After premiering more than 12 hours ago, the ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID 2022 has garnered over 450 thousand views already on YouTube. Here are some of the comments of the netizens:
