For their first wedding anniversary, couple Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay decided to explore Peru together. On Instagram, Monday, Ellen shared some snaps of their first day not leaving out some sweet couple shots.

“We need to learn how to be influencers in the wild. I need to train my husband to be an influencer in the wild photographer,” she wrote in the caption of her post with a laugh.

To recall, the two tied the knot on November 11, 2021. This trip was supposed to be her “surprise anniversary gift” to Derek but failed because she told him about this two weeks before they should fly off.

A month ahead of their anniversary, Derek bought Ellen a luxury to mark their anniversary which was delivered right in front of their house.

And just recently, while entertaining random questions, one question caught their attention and it goes like this: “Do you guys even fight?”

Ellen laughed at this and said that they would after answering it. Derek asked her “why” when he heard her answer wondering about what made her laugh. Upon hearing the question, he quipped, “Why would we fight? Don’t say that. You don’t know the power of words. Don’t say that. No no fight.”

Meanwhile, before marrying Derek, Ellen bore a child whose father is John Lloyd Cruz. After their separation, they manage to co-parent and despite the unconventional setup, they were all able to cope with the situation.

Lloydie gets to have his time with his son Elias with the permission of Ellen and Elias is close to his step father Derek.
