Cops Arrest Man in Quezon City for Stealing Goat and Lamb
The police authorities arrested a man in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City for allegedly stealing a goat and lamb.
The lady victim named Mary Ann Raguindin gets shocked after some of her live stocks went missing. She noticed that some of them were missing after counting them. It was her routine to gather her flocks before placing them in their respective cages.
“Tuwing hapon kasi binibilang ko siya. Eh ngayon nagtataka ako kulang na naman. Halos sunod-sunod na araw na kami nawawalan,” Raguindin said.
Raguindin discovered the robbery incident after a witness informed them. The witness revealed that the suspect placed the live stocks inside the sack and transport it using an e-bike. “‘Yung suspek, dala-dala yung hayop nakasilid sa sako, tapos isinakay sa e-bike,” Mary Ann said.
According to the witness, the suspect will bring the animals to Litex for sale. The victim immediately reported the incident to the police authorities for immediate action and the arrest of the suspect.
The police authorities immediately launched an operation to arrest the 18-year-old suspect. It has been discovered that the suspect was the child of the victim’s childhood friend.
The suspect admitted his crime and revealed that he already committed it twice. He was earning P500 once the animals have been sold. “Niyaya lang po ako, Humihingi po ako ng dispensa sa ginawa ko,” The suspect said.
The authorities are still looking for the suspect’s colleagues.
