Teacher Earns Reactions Online After Pulling Prank to Grade 9 Students
A male teacher identified as Jethro Bustamante elicits criticisms online after pulling a prank to his students “Isa ako sa matatanggal”.
Teacher Jethro Bustamante of Malalag National High School in Maitum, Sarangani goes viral on social media and elicits reactions from the online community after pulling a prank on his grade 9 students.
Bustamante has decided to prank his students during break time just for fun. He called the attention of his students and pretended to make an important announcement before performing the prank.
The young teacher announced that Malalag National High School will allegedly trim down the number of teachers. He informed his class that there will be some subject teachers who will be terminated.
After a few moments, Bustamante pretends that he is among the teachers who will be dismissed. Jethro said that it will be the last time that he will give learning modules before he leaves.
The unexpected announcement brought the grade 9 students to tears. The teacher was touched after he witnessed the reactions of the young people and revealed that it was just a prank. However, the prank video earned various reactions online.
Teacher Jethro also explained why he pulled a prank.
“I have no intentions of hurting the feelings of my student nang pansamantala, but it was just for fun. Minsan kasi as a teacher, gusto nating i-test din, gusto nating malaman kung may impact ba tayo sa mga estudyante o kung may importansya tayo sa kanila,” Bustamante said.
