Police Authortiies Arrest 3 Suspects for Abusing Grade 11 Student During Drinking Session
The police authorities arrested three suspects for allegedly abusing a female grade 11 student during a drinking session.
A 17-year-old grade 11 student in Quezon City filed a complaint after she was allegedly abused by her drinking buddies. Three suspects including an 18-year-old lady and two male teenagers with age 18 and 16 have been arrested.
According to the police investigation, the victim and the suspect were close friends. The young teenagers decided to have a drinking session in Barangay Commonwealth. The victim sleeps after the drinking session.
“Nung nalasing na itong dalawa, ‘yung kaibigang babae tinawagan ‘yung dalawang lalaki para sunduin siya. Pagdating ng dalawang suspek na lalaki, tinuloy nila ‘yung inuman, bumili pa sila ng alak,” Batasan Police Station chief Police Lieutenant Colonel Morgan Aguilar said.
The victim narrated that the suspects performed the lascivious act while she slept inside the room. The young lady immediately reported the incident to her uncle and sought help from the police authorities.
“Ayon sa salaysay ng ating victim, mga madaling araw nung magising na hinahawakan na ‘yung kamay niya, tapos ‘yung dalawang lalaki halinhinan na siyang hinalay,” Aguilar added.
The culprits have been inquest over rape charges. The lady suspect denied the accusations against her and explained that she is sleeping during that time. “Hindi po ako makapaniwala kasi wala po talaga akong kasalanan. Noong nangyari ‘yun tulog talaga ako,” the woman reiterated.
The two male suspects admitted the crime they have committed and explained that they were just drunk during that time. The minor suspect was currently under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) custody.
