Herlene Budol is preparing for her international pageant journey
Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up Herlene Budol is looking for a professional translator for the Miss Planet 2022 competition.
Herlene proved to everyone that from being a comedienne she was able to transform into a beauty queen which was not expected by many people. Following the national pageant, she is set to represent the Philippines in an international pageant.
The Miss Planet 2022 competition is set to be held in Kampala, Uganda. The coronation night will take place on November 19 and reigning titleholder Monique Best of South Africa will crown the next queen, based on the article in The Philippine Star.
Krisia Nicole Apao Vargas was hailed as the Miss Planet Philippines in 2019 and she won as 4th runner-up in the international competition and became a part of the 2019 court.
It is expected that delegates for this year’s competition will arrive in Kampala on November 5 or 6, in time for the sashing ceremony. The deserving beauty queen will wear the crown with an estimated value of US$ 250,00.
Herlene Budol is already making some preparations for this and her manager Wilbert Tolentino has posted on Facebook an ad. They are looking for a professional translator from Filipino to English. The manager said that they are looking for someone who can speak in front of a large audience and is willing to go to Uganda with Herlene.
“That person will be the official INTERPRETER of Herlene Hipon Budol to the pageant with good compensation and all travel expenses will be shouldered by us,” Wilbert said. Interested applicants can email their credentials to [email protected] with their contact number.
Meanwhile, just recently, Herlene became a trending topic on social media after she complained about her supposed talent fee that was allegedly stolen by her previous manager.
