Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, the lawyer of model Deniece Cornejo, is preparing to file contempt charges against Vhong Navarro‘s wife Tanya Bautista, and his lawyer Atty. Alma Mallonga.

Following the warrant of arrest that was filed against Vhong for the rape case filed by Deniece, his lawyer has been speaking in front of mainstream media. Atty. Mallonga insisted that the model has stated in her previous written statements that rape has not happened.
