RIZAL – 2 individuals have been arrested by the authorities in Rizal for selling alleged stolen mobile phone.

Nowadays, robbery has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Some criminals have no choice but to commit crimes due to lack of job opportunities.

The Philippine government is implementing stricter policy but the crimes continue to exist behind the knowledge of the authorities. The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations.

Stolen Mobile Phone

Thieves will be subject to corresponding sanctions and penalties depending on their violation.

The holdup suspects pointed out two individuals identified as alias Sam and Art for collecting the stolen mobile phones. Previously, the two have been arrested by the police authorities in San Pablo, Laguna.

The two victimized numerous residents around Paranaque, Taguig, Cardona, and Pililia and in Quezon and Laguna before they were arrested. Sam and Art were both residents of Rizal. The suspects have been arrested during the follow-up and intelligence operations.

According to the surveillance, the suspects are also involved in the proliferation of illegal drugs. The operatives launched “Oplan Pabili Nga Po” after receiving a tip from an informant and arrested the two during a buy-bust operation.

The cops recover seven sachets of suspected ‘illegal drugs’ worth P200, 000, a .38 caliber firearm, eight different units of mobile phones and a motorcycle. Unfortunately, the culprits refused to give a statement regarding the incident.
