What is the relationship status now of Rabiya Mateo and Jeric Gonzales?
Rumor has it that Kapuso stars Rabiya Mateo and Jeric Gonzales got back together and it was said that they are trying to have a low-key relationship now.
The relationship between Rabiya and Jeric was confirmed back in March. However, just a few months after, it was rumored that they have broken up. This happened during the controversial issue about the actor as photos of him kissing a guy surfaced online.
Because of this, it was also rumored that even before this issue, Rabiya and Jeric would often have “away-bati” moments in their relationship. Amid the breakup rumors, they both remained silent about this.
Last month, rumors surfaced that the Kapuso stars were able to reconcile and rekindle their love for each other. Entertainment columnist Rose Garcia wrote in her Abante article that it was true that Rabiya Mateo and Jeric Gonzales are indeed together again.
The columnist said that this will shut down speculations about the breakup that was prompted by Rabiya’s social media posts. Garcia also said that the on-and-off relationship of the couple helped them somehow.
“Ang maganda lang daw ngayon at napapansin din ng mga nakakasama nila, tila nakatulong ang huling break-up or cool-off o kung ano man ang tawag nina Rabiya at Jeric dahil parang nag-mature raw ang dalawa in-terms of their relationship,” the columnist said.
Garcia also shared that now, Rabiya is less demanding and expects a little. Then, the columnist shared this statement from her source: “Kumpara rin sa mga past on & off nila, record breaking na ngayon na okay sila, healthy relationship at naga-adjust na talaga sila sa isa’t isa.”
As of this writing, the Kapuso stars haven’t released their statements yet regarding this matter.
Rabiya Mateo is currently part of the show Ticktoclock with Pokwang and Kim Atienza while Jeric Gonzales is one of the leading men of Bea Alonzo in the upcoming series Start-Up PH.
