The world of social media was shocked just recently when the alleged controversial photos of Jeric with an unidentified man surfaced online. It was alleged that the actor has a relationship with the said guy and is cheating on Rabiya.
Jeric also received “bakla” comments. However, his fans defended him and said that those photos were taken from his unnamed indie film in 2020. Despite this defense from his supporters, there were netizens who said that it was just a “palusot”.
Amid the issue, Jeric Gonzales is silent, even his girlfriend Rabiya Mateo. However, the beauty queen-turned-actress recently shared a boomerang video with her boyfriend on her Instagram Story with the caption: “Late night date.”
Jeric reposted this on his IG Story. Following that video, Rabiya also shared a song that she was listening to on Spotify. She said that it is her “go-to song” and tagged her boyfriend, as well as her friends.
The song has these lyrics: “’Cause I wanna love you for good. For good or for bad, when times get mad. And when we fight and I wanna love you for good. For good or for bad, when you make me mad.” Is this her answer to the recent controversy about her boyfriend?
To recall, rumors surfaced that Jeric Gonzales and Rabiya Mateo’s relationship was on the rocks when the latter shared a cryptic post about the biggest apology that she has for herself.
However, amid the breakup speculations, the couple shared in an interview that they want to work with each other on one project.
