Model-entrepreneur Maggie Wilson shared that she has already written her statement as an answer to the adultery charges filed by her estranged husband businessman Victor Consunji.
The legal battle between Maggie and Victor is just in its first level. After confirming their breakup, issues surfaced between the estranged couple until the point came when Victor accused Maggie of having an affair with businessman Tim Connor.
On the other hand, the former beauty queen retaliated and claimed that it was Victor who cheated on her and this happened since 2019. Allegedly, her estranged husband was already dating entrepreneur Rachel Carrasco. Amid the accusations from the former beauty queen, Victor posted about “living his best life.“
Regarding the adultery charges filed against her, Maggie Wilson shared a recent update through her Instagram Story. She said that she finished writing her statement and this came with a “substantial amount of exhibits of evidence.” Maggie also said that once this is submitted, this will become a public document.
With this, she already apologized in advance to the women, as well as men, who will be affected by her statement. Maggie also said that she tried to deal with the conflict she has with her husband privately but the complainant, Victor, has dragged this to court. “I would ask for privacy for all parties involved when this is published,” she said.
Previously, the model-entrepreneur shared that she has been talking to various women’s advocacy groups regarding the current issues that she has with her estranged husband. Maggie Wilson said that she is thankful that there are a lot of groups and individuals reaching out to her and showing support for her amid this legal battle.
