James Reid was asked about rumors linking him to Nancy McDonie
Actor-singer James Reid refused to say anything about being linked to Momoland member Nancy McDonie.
James and Nancy were supposed to do a TV series titled Soulmate back in 2019. However, issues surfaced even before the actual shooting happened. One of the issues was about James’s former girlfriend and love team partner Nadine Lustre whose father shared an intriguing post.
In 2020, Nancy shared during an interview that the project will push through and shooting will happen in the Philippines and South Korea. A year later, James announced that he will not be doing the TV series but did not divulge the reason behind his decision.
Just recently, James Reid and Nancy McDonie were reportedly photographed together in the U.S. In a recent Preview Ball, the actor was asked about updates about his career and being the manager of Liza Soberano. YouTuber Melba Llarena shared an interview with the actor-singer.
James shared that he is happy to be part of Preview’s most influential celebrities this year because he really works hard to make difference in music. He also shared that he came from L.A. and just finished an album that he has been working out for a year now.
The actor-singer also shared that Liza is so excited about her first Hollywood movie but it hasn’t sunk into her until now. James shared that they were surprised when they asked Liza what she wants to happen to her career. The actress said that she wants to be in Hollywood and just a month later, her first movie project came.
He was also asked about the status of his heart. When asked if he and Nancy are dating, James answered, “ah no, no comment.” He was also asked about the special characteristic that Korean-American celebrity has. “She’s a very kind person,” James Reid said and he added, “but yeah, no comment.”
