Samantha Bernardo is a Filipina beauty queen, model, financial advisor, and entrepreneur. She was Binibining Pilipinas’ 2nd runner-up in 2018 and 2019.
Sam was appointed to represent the Philippines for Miss Grand International 2020 in Bangkok, Thailand after titleholder Aya Abesamis was not able to compete due to age restrictions.
During the swimsuit competition of the Miss Grand International 2020, Samantha Bernardo showed off her GRANDnadaWalk. She was among the early favorite of the competition She won first runner-up at the pageant.
Sam entered show business after her MGI 2020 stint. She joined Pinoy Big Brother as a celebrity housemate. She’s dubbed by the reality competition as the “Bread-Queen-Er ng Palawan.”

Recently, Samantha Bernardo surprised the online community with her bare face as she shared her “no makeup” look. Sam took to IG to share an unfiltered video of her that netizens do not usually see.
The 29-year-old celebrity proudly bared her pimple marks and freckles. She said she used to conceal it “because it was deemed not beautiful and a flaw.”
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “In a world where LIKES seems like currency and FILTER seems normal, let’s make it a trend to show our real selves as much as possible.”
To end her Instagram caption, Sam proudly said: “Behind every @instagram worthy photos, THIS IS ME and THIS IS MY REALITY.”
