Alyssa Valdez Replaced By Samantha Bernardo In PBB Top 2, Here’s Why

This is the reason why Alyssa Valdez withdraws from her spot in the Top 2 of PBB Kumunity.

ALYSSA VALDEZ – Here is the reason why Alyssa Valdez steps back as one of the Top 2 of the PBB Kumu Celebrity edition.

Last January, athlete Alyssa Valdez and singer Anji Salvacion were declared the Top 2 of “Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity Season 10” in its celebrity edition. They were allowed to go out for a while to wait for the other Top 2s of other editions. They went back to their normal programming and work. Also, the Heartstrong Phenom of Batangas and Singing Sweetheart of Siargao won Php 100,000.00 each.

however, just recently, Valdez announced that she is backing out from being one of the Top 2. Her decision to withdraw is because of a conflict of schedule. She is set to join the Southeast Asian Games. As much as many are aware, Valdez is one of the best in the country when it comes to playing volleyball. She is a part of the national team.

The national team will train in Vietnam and she’s uncertain when will it end. The SEA Games will also run from May 12 to May 23 – this is the same date that the Top 2 housemates are set to return to the PBB house. With this, she decided to withdraw and her replacement is none other than her “Sissy” Samantha Bernardo.

In the Top 5, Sam came third with a very slim difference at 0.08 from Salvacion’s 13.60% votes.

In a message for her “Sissy”, Valdez expressed:

“Alam kong nagtataka ka kung bakit ako nandito pero I just want to congratulate you sa muli mong pagpasok sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya. Alam kong ibibigay niyo ni Anji (Salvacion) ang best niyo para ma-represent ang batch natin sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya. Kaya naman, good luck and see you sa outside world soon.”
