Liza Soberano shared her experience in doing her first Hollywood film
Actress Liza Soberano talked about her co-stars Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse in her first Hollywood film Lisa Frankenstein.
Liza is starting to live her Hollywood dream. Earlier this year, she went to the States to start her international acting career. Just recently, it was revealed that she will be part of a new movie written by Diablo Cody.
This horror-romance film is the directorial debut of Zelda Williams. In the movie, Liza is playing the role of Taffy, the half-sister of Kathryn’s character, Lisa. In a recent interview, the Filipino-American actress shared how she landed the role.
Liza Soberano revealed that the director of the movie was the one who told her to audition. They met on the day when this project received a go signal.
In a recent interview on CNN Philippines, the actress was asked about her experience working with the lead stars of the movie. She said that working with Kathryn is so much fun. Liza said that the movie’s lead star is a veteran at such a young age.
Kathryn has been in the industry since she was four years old. With this, she really understands how the industry works. The lead actress is also very professional, Liza shared.
“She’s also a sweetheart behind the camera,” the Fil-Am actress said, adding that Kathyrn would always make sure that she feels comfortable and that she is being taken care of. Liza also said she is having so much fun talking with Kathryn because she’s funny and full of energy.
When it comes to Cole Sprouse, Liza Soberano said that the actor is amazing because he is fun to talk to and that he is very smart. The actress also said that Cole is very welcoming. Liza added that as lead stars, Kathryn and Cole are setting the vibe of the set and they help bring up everybody’s energy.
