Security Guard Passes Away Hit by SUV While Directing Traffic in Dasmarinas City, Cavite
A 52-year-old security guard has passed away after he was hit by a speeding SUV while directing the traffic in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the major traffic problems in different countries all around the world including the Philippines. It usually causes traffic congestions or injuries to involved individuals. Reckless motorists are mostly involved in vehicular accidents.
The traffic authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents but accidents still happen due to reckless motorists. Violators will be subject to corresponding sanctions and penalties.
The security guard is performing his duty and currently directing the traffic along Dasmarinas City, Cavite when a speeding SUV accidentally hits him. He was thrown a few meters from his location due to the collision.
The poor guard has been rushed to the Dasmariñas City Medical Center for immediate treatment and medication. Unfortunately, the victim has been declared dead on arrival after suffering serious injuries due to the collision’s impact.
The SUV driver has been detained at Dasmarinas City Police station. The suspect will face charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
Meanwhile, the Cavite Police Provincial Office reminded Filipino drivers to always be careful and slow down when driving to avoid accidents along the road.
