Jed has been in the industry for more than a decade and he became part of various entertainment shows on ABS-CBN. Amid the pandemic, the singer, just like many artists in the Philippines, had to temporarily stop doing concerts and live performances in different venues.

It is a known fact that this brought sadness to many artists. Just recently, Jed Madela shared a cryptic post that appeared to have reflected sadness. He shared the dream that he had.

“Dreamt that I was sitting in one corner and was dressed and ready to perform. But everyone just ignored me and were busy with something else…until the event ended. Then they switched off the lights and left. I was left alone,” the singer wrote.

He admitted that this made him teary-eyed and he asked, “Must be a sign?” With this, speculations that he might be hinting at his retirement surfaced. On the other hand, many netizens showed support for him.

“That dream is a reflection of your worries and fears. The good news is you can change it in your reality and you are empowered to produce your own shows and sing in the way that only you can. we are rooting for you Jed,” Facebook user Garlic Garcia commented.

Talent manager Noel Ferrer also shared his inspiring words. “The reverse will happen my friend…. we will always be here for you!!!” he said to Jed Madela.

Prior to this cryptic post from the singer, he shared a photo of Mall of Asia (MOA). In the caption of his post, he asked when could he conduct his solo concert in the said venue. Then, he ended his caption with this hashtag: “Bago Ako Mapagod.”
