Megastar Sharon Cuneta opens up about her friend and niece.
SHARON CUNETA – Veteran actress Sharon Cuneta shares that a friend of hers and her niece is going through a health struggle.
Philippines’ Megastar Sharon Cuneta just previously had one of her biggest heartbreak and that is losing her dear friend – the death of veteran actress Cherie Gil. Before the quintessential actress, she also lost Fanny Serrano, among the closest to her in the show business industry.
And now, it seems like life is not over yet in giving her heartbreaks. In a recent post, the veteran actress shared that her friend and niece are both going through something difficult. She asked for prayers for the recovery of these important people in her life. Losing her two close friends is heartbreaking enough and she hopes not to lose more people anymore.
Referring to the friend who also means the world to her, she shared, “I just found out that she is in the ICU now because of a ‘silent stroke.’ Please, please pray with me for her healing.”
In her statement, she is giving up as don’t want to receive more heartbreaking news about losing more important people. She asked for more years for these two people and added, “My faith is wavering and I don’t want it to be… But this is just too much too soon…Wala nang pahinga ang puso ko sa sakit.”
She asked for people to pray for her strength and on top of that, to pray for these people.
Meanwhile, last August 5, Cherie Gil died due to cancer, a condition she kept from the people. She went abroad with a shaved head saying it was a sign of rebirth but people back then were already speculating about her going through something. Her death came as a surprise but before she died, the Megastar was able to see her in person in New York.
