Is it true that Karla Estrada has changed?
Queen Mother Karla Estrada allegedly has become boastful already due to the success of her son Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla.
Karla started her career in showbiz during her teen years. After giving birth to her son Daniel, she was able to bounce back. Later on, Daniel started his own career in the entertainment industry and he is now considered one of the biggest stars of his generation.
In a recent Showbiz Now Na episode, the YouTube showbiz show of veteran entertainment writer Cristy Fermin with Morly Alinio and Wendell Alvarez, based on the article in Balita, they talked about the stars who have become boastful after having their success in showbiz.
One of the names they mentioned was Karla Estrada. Morly said that he thinks the Queen Mother has changed because he personally knows her. He recalled the time when Karla was just starting her career in showbiz. “Ate Cristy, ‘yang si Karla, nangangarap talaga ‘yang maging artista, maging singer. Lahat ng reporters, kinakaibigan niya. Maging sino. Pero nitong lumaki ang pangalan ng kaniyang anak na si Daniel Padilla, lumobo ang ulo niya,” Morly said.
Cristy also recalled the time when Karla was brought to Mariposa and she sang Wind Beneath my Wings. The veteran writer said that at that time Karla’s singing voice was not that good. It was also said that they were able to witness the journey of Karla in showbiz until she became part of That’s Entertainment.
Then, Morly said that now, Karla could not remember Cristy even if they would see each other in person. “Samantalang dati kapag may mga shows tayo, umaangkas siya kahit na ₱2K, 3K ang talent fee… yung sumikat si Daniel, nahawa siya sa pagsikat, nabigyan ng opportunity, doon nagsimula ang kaniyang paglobo (ng ulo),” Cristy Fermin said about Karla Estrada.
Morly also remembered that when Daniel would have shows, Karla would demand the exact price and not less than what she requires. As of this writing, the Queen Mother has not released yet any statement regarding this remark against her.
