Veteran showbiz writer Lolit Solis said that Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo is the number one example of Anti-Ghosting Bill.

In her recent write-up, Lolit talked about House Bill 611 filed by Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo Teves Jr. This is also called the Anti-Ghosting Bill which aims to declare the act of severing ties with someone without any warning should be declared as an emotional offense.

Lolit Solis said that Bea Alonzo is a perfect example of this. To recall, the term “ghosting” became a trending topic when the actress’s breakup with Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson became a national issue.

Bea accused Gerald of ghosting her as he allegedly stopped communicating with her all of a sudden without a formal conversation about their breakup. This is apparently the reason why Lolit would always associate the said term with Bea.

“Sa tuwing pag uusapan ang ghosting siya papasok sa isipan mo. Sa tuwing meron mag complain, parang si Bea ang maiisip mo,” the veteran showbiz writer said. However, Lolit said that it would be unfair if the punishment will just be implemented on the one who did the ghostint. She said that the reason why a person was ghosted should be known also.

“Baka naman talagang gusto ng iwanan pero ayaw pa bumitiw, iniiwan na naghahabol pa,” the writer said, adding that it takes two to tango and so the blame should not be easily pointed at one side. Then, Lolit Solis cited in situation that happened to the Kapuso actress.

“Like sa kaso ni Bea Alonzo, twice iniwan, may something na, kaya dapat accept na. Parang humahabol pa kaya nagiging issue. Bye bye na pag no more love, huwag na ipilit,” the veteran showbiz writer said.
